For a hotel room reservation :
Our services include:
For full and half board.
- The rooms are available from 5 pm on the day of arrival until 9 am on the day of departure.
- Catering from dinner on the first day to breakfast on the last, full board or half board.
- Participation in the hotel's free activities.
- Free WIFI access within the hotel.
- Access to the Children's Club for 3/8 year olds from Sunday to Friday during school vacations from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm and from Monday to Friday outside school vacations from 2pm to 5pm.
- Bathroom linen and bed linen provided.
- Weekly cleaning for stays of 7 days or more.
- The tourist tax.
Not included:
- Insurance for the cancellation of the stay.
- Daily cleaning in the rooms.
- Drinks at the table and at the bar.
- Access to the sauna (fee payable).
- Everything that is not mentioned in the section "our services include

3- Regulations
The balance of the stay must be paid at least 30 days before arrival at the hotel.
4- Condition of cancellation of the stay:

In the event of cancellation less than two months prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be due. In the event of cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, or in the event of no-show, the entire stay is due and non-refundable.
Any stay begun is payable in full, with no reduction for early departure, whatever the reason.
Any change to the dates of stay after confirmation of the reservation is subject to the agreement of the establishment and cannot give rise to any reimbursement in the event of transfer to a period with a lower rate. If the change is accepted and the new period has a higher rate, the customer will be required to pay the difference. The establishment reserves the right to refuse any request for modification, subject to availability and operational constraints.
Our reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. For groups, please ask for our specific terms and conditions.
5- Other information
The hotel management reserves the right to refuse to accept or to dismiss any person who has behaved in an unacceptable manner.
The rooms and facilities of the hotel Les Carrettes are in normal working order. In case of damage, loss or deterioration by the customer, of the room or materials and equipment at his disposal (television, remote control, telephone, key, etc.) the restoration, repair or replacement will be charged to him.
The hotel Les Carrettes is a strictly non-smoking establishment. In case of non-respect of this rule, a cleaning fee of 200€ will be charged to the customer.
Pets are only allowed in the rooms provided for this purpose with an extra charge and are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel.
